大鼠CTR(降钙素受体)与RAMP1(受体活性修饰蛋白1)共同组成AMY1型胰淀素受体(AMY1),这是CGRP(降钙素基因相关肽)和胰淀素的功能性高亲和力受体复合物。在三叉神经节等组织中,CTR与RAMP1存在共表达,介导CGRP相关信号传导。与CLR/RAMP1组成的经典CGRP受体不同,CTR/RAMP1复合物也能被大鼠胰淀素(rAmy)有效激活,构成功能交叉的受体系统。 |
