| DLL1(Delta-like protein 1)是Notch信号通路的关键配体,顺利获得与邻近细胞表面的Notch受体(如NOTCH1、NOTCH2、NOTCH3)结合,激活下游信号,调控细胞分化、增殖与命运决定。它在胚胎发育、神经发生、肌肉形成、免疫系统成熟及成体干细胞维持中发挥不可或缺的作用。其基因突变与常染色体显性遗传的NEDBAS(伴或不伴癫痫的神经发育障碍)相关;在肿瘤微环境中,DLL1还可招募并极化免疫抑制性巨噬细胞,参与免疫逃逸。 | |
